Meeting Notes

Here are the notes from our meeting:

Necessities for 5:
Water= $72
Food (1 meal/day + snacks)= $240
Scaffolding = $120
PVC & Rebar & Tennis Balls = $50
Trailer (may change to van-> more expensive) = $220
Total = $700 per Person = $140 contribution

Small Expenses:
sledge hammer
lemonade water
lemonade stand materials
pots/pans
tiolet paper
sunblock
cocobutter
wipes
duct tape
5 HTP
liquor
beer

Bring yourself:
bike
sleeping bag
tents
$for ice/coffee/drugs

Gathering in San Fran:
rugs
lawn chairs
stove/hibachi
first aid

If you guys can think of anything else we need/want, post it, and I'll add it to the list so we don't forget anything when putting it together in San Fran.

Budget

Hey Guys,

Since we know how many people are coming now (6), we need to figure out how much we're spending so we can figure out the camp contribution. If anyone would like to contribute more than the figure we come up with, we could go fancier or alleviate some burden from others. As of now, I don't think we could afford a truck (which means no couches or acoutrements) with a reasonable camp contribution between $100-$200/person. But I could be wrong about that.

So go crazy and post quotes for whatever you want, and we'll figure out what we can do.

Head Count

Hey Guys,

We need a head count. I need to know who's coming and if their bringing any friends. Also we need to know if your flying into Reno or San Fran so we can arrange rides to the camp. Damon and Rishad will be renting a car in Reno and Sam will have his car in Berkley.
