I have been collecting picture galleries from various sources from this year's Burning Man, and I thought that it would be of interest to some of you.
Central depository of pictures:
Pictures from people in our camp:
Our neighbors from across the street:
Photos from members of the Cheburaliens (Russian camp):
Kyrill's, the man who had that wonderful Herradura tequila on Monday night
In addition, here are some other links, which I think are wonderful as well:
Pictures from the temple crew. Good pictures of the Temple.
That is all I have for you. Post more. Sam how's your project going?

Greetings everyone!
I hope everybody made it back safe and sound, i haven't heard of any major disasters, perhaps with the sole exception of claudia's house being inundated with water.....
but i digress....
I had a blast, and i can't wait for next year. also if anyone wants to put up a picture gallery on this site, send me an email and i'll give you an ftp account or something so you can do it outside of this stupid moveable type thingy, and actually have a website or something to that effect.
Cheers,
Bill
hey peoples, it's ruth. reiss's computer is wonky and forcing me to post as bill. oh well, there are much worse things. anyway, i thought y'all might like to know how the big move is goin, and since nobodys posted in awhile...yeah. so yeah, la is absolutely gorgeous, as i knew it would be. i found an apartment and am over the course of the week moving stuff in. i'm living with these four guys that advertised their place on craigslist, reiss and i checked them out and they all seem pretty chill. the building is sick and kinda new york-like. the rooftop has an amazing if not killer view of the city and the courtyard inside is large enough for 4 on 4 soccer. it's a building that was probably an old fancy hotel in the 20s and got converted to a luxury homes apartment building. but these guys are young, about our age, and they keep the place so nice! the living room has a pool table, for crying out loud!
so that's the place. me, i'm chillin. i get lost a lot, but now it's slightly easier to get mysef unlost again. I'm gonna start looking for agent...the next update doesn't come until i have that or have landed a paying acting gig. hope all is well in the land of y'all and i hope to talk to everyone soon.
peace, love, and gummi bears,
Ruth

Well, it's back to reality for me. After a long journey home I'm back in Brooklyn. I wanted to tell everyone that I had a wonderful time and I thought our camp kicked ass. I'm glad we were all able to make this happen. I had so much fun that Simon and I are thinking of postponing our travelling next year so we can make it to the next Burn.
